Your use of the VEVE DOLLS following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the Terms and Conditions as changed. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Therefore, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you use this Website. All products on this site is the exclusive property of the Brand, designer and artist and protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. All brands on this site are the property of themselves and protected by Chinese and international copyright laws. All content included on this site, such as products, brand, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of VEVE DOLLS or its content suppliers and protected by Chinese and international copyright laws.
Payment
- Products will be shipped before the due date(usually 3-6 months) when full payment is received.
- Payment methods including the following means: PayPal/AliPay/Direct Payment into our Bank Account.
- Payment by direct payment will not be considered payment until it has been fully cleared through the banking system into the shop’s bank account. 5% off for the direct bank transfer.
- VEVE DOLLS Layaway Plan (No Service Fee). We offer our own non-interest layaway program in order to reduce your budget burden. Details as below.
- layaway orders will only apply to orders with a whole doll or a body and total order amount of at least $300(Includes the delivery fee).
- Depending on the amount of your order, you can choose the payment option from minimum 60 days up to 90 days. The installment payment must be paid on an evenly divided monthly basis until the specified day of the month, every month.
- Orders over $300 - Within 60 days from the order date, can be paid up to 3 times
- Orders over $600 - Within 90 days from the order date, can be paid up to 4 times
Ex) If the order amount is more than $300 : for example, when ordering on January 1, the first payment must be completed on the day of order, the second payment by February 1, the last payment by March 1, You must complete it.
Ex) If the order amount is more than $600 : for example, when ordering on January 1, the first payment must be completed on the day of order, the second payment by February 1, the third payment by March 1, Payment must be made by April 1 as the expiration date.
7. Please note that the order can be canceled automatically in the following cases.
- You have not paid the first deposit within 24 hours(1 business day) from the order date.
- If the first payment amount is insufficient or less than 25% when ordering
- If you do not observe the payment date and payment amount each month
※ Cancellation of order can be refundable only if you cancel your order within 24 hours after your first payment.
But if the production has already been started after that or if the order is canceled due to non-compliance with the payment date or amount during the layaway period, 25% inventory charge will be charged from the total order amount (excluding shipping costs), and the remaining amount will be refunded in points. So please pay attention to this and place your order carefully.
※ We limit the installment period to 60~90 days(3~4 times) in order to provide you the doll that you ordered in the best condition. Due to the order has made to the brand, designer or artist, and the storage circumstance and the nature of the resin material, it is highly occurred that discoloration will increase as time goes by, so please kindly understand for that we inevitably limit the period. Thank you very much in advance.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped worldwide using EMS or DHL. All comes with a tracking number.
The price would be 50-80 US dollars(Depending on the weight of the package). After the full payment is done and the customer agrees to pay all delivery costs, the package will be shipped.
Delivery usually takes approximately 7-15 working days under normal circumstances.
- Any quotation of delivery time by VEVE DOLLS are made in good faith, but as estimates and not as commitments.
- The purchaser also acknowledges and agrees that property and ownership of the goods will remain the property of VEVE DOLLS until payment has been received in full.
- The customer agrees to pay all delivery costs.
- The customer is responsible for insurance from the time of delivery. Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer at the time of delivery.
- We will not be responsible for non-delivery, delay in delivery or performance, nor for any loss or damage whatsoever caused directly or indirectly by any force majeure. This shall include (but not be limited to) any disaster or incident such as flood or earthquake, strike, lockout, fire, war, civil commotion, inability to obtain products or supplies including the imposition of any export or import bans or any other cause beyond our reasonable control.
Product Descriptions
VEVE DOLLS is a distributer and agency but we will attempts to communicate with the brand, designer or artist and make sure the description of dolls and toys as accurate as possible. However, VEVE DOLLS does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by the doll brand, the designer or the artist itself is not as described, your sole remedy is inform VEVE DOLLS and return it in unused condition(including the packaging).
IMPORTANT
The conditions listed under are not considered defective and will not be refunded. Please read it before purchasing.
DOLLS
The photos on the product page are sample images so it may vary depending on the setting of the screen.
The head, body and parts are not exactly symmetrical due to the nature of handwork.
In the process of making doll, parting lines, gate (injection hole mark of the resin material), microbubble can be occurred.
Tan skin colors may noticeable small dots, microbubbles, marbling, gate finish marks, and parting lines stand out more than light colors. This is an inevitable phenomenon in the manufacturing process.
Color fading or bleaching may occur when washing with chemicals(thinner, acetone, etc.).
Resin dolls are gradually discolored over time due to the nature of the material, especially it discolors faster when exposed to direct sunlight or indoor lighting for a long time, so please be careful in storage.
The following cases are phenomena that may occur during the manufacturing process and will not be considered as defective and will not be refunded:
Gate marks: There are fine scratches due to sanding at the gate cut area, especially darker skin colors have little color difference from the surrounding area.
Parting lines: Steps may occur during production, and there may be differences in degree. Particularly, for dark skin colors, there may be a color difference when rubbed with sandpaper, so no additional esthetic work is done.
Small dots, Microbubbles: In the handcraft manufacturing process, small dots or microbubbles may appear due to fine dust, etc. Small dots, fine scratches, and microbubbles in areas other than the face part are not considered defective.
Color difference: There may be slight color differences between the head, body, and fantasy parts, and even with the same color, there may be differences depending on the production period. Also the same color may look different depending on the size or thickness of the parts.
Invisible part: Depending on the dolls, the finish area on the inside of the head or the inside of the parts may be uneven, but it is not considered a defective since it is an invisible part.
Eyelid thickness: For realistic expression, the eyelid part(eye hole) is made not thick, so it may be seen through fluorescent lights or sunlight.
Marbling phenomenon: This is a phenomenon that may occur during the mixing process of raw materials with dark or pearly colors, so it is not considered defective or warranty repairing.
Oil stains: If the oil component of the mold remains on the surface of the doll during production, it may be seen a partial luster. It is more visible in dark skin colors and can be erased using magic blocks(melanin sponge).
Microbubbles in the transparent resin: If the color of the parts with transparent resin is light, microbubbles inside the parts may be seen through.
Order Guide
- Order Status Checking: You can check your order status through the menu "Order Tracking". We also will inform you when the order is shipped with email.
- Payment Confirm Checking: PayPal payment with our system : the payment will be checked at once by the VEVE DOLLS Emporium's automatic payment confirm system. PayPal or Alipay or direct bank transfer payment without our system : the payment will be checked by Administrator and it will be confirmed within 2 business days. So please check your payment and wait for the confirmation.
Order Cancellation
※ Cancellation of order can be refundable only if you cancel your order within 24 hours after payment. If the order is canceled due to customer's change of mind or mistake, any charges incurred during the order payment or cancellation and refund process should be paid by the customer, and the refund amount may differ depending on the exchange rate. Especially, made to order products cannot be canceled after 24 hours from the payment. In case of unavoidable cancellation is needed due to customer's situations, inventory handling cost (25% of order amount) will be charged, so please make an order after checking the following precautions carefully.
- Cancel your order before payment - All items
You can cancel your order before your payment. If you want to cancel, please log in to My Account page and click the 'Cancel' button for the order.
- Automatic cancel of order - All Items
If payment confirmation cannot be made within 2 days from the order date, the order will be automatically canceled. If you want to recover your order after automatic cancellation, please request us to recover your order thorough our Q&A board. Limited quantity, out of stock or end of order period items may not be recoverable.
- Order cancellation before shipping your order
Shipping and return charges will not be charged if the order cancellation is normally confirmed before VEVE DOLLS ships your order.
- Order cancellation after shipping your order
If the order has already been shipped when the order cancellation request is received, the shipping/return cost in addition to the payment/cancellation fee should be paid by the customer.
- Cancel orders for 'Made to Order' - All Resin Dolls and Limited Products
Basically, "Made to Order" cannot be canceled after 48 hours from the payment date. In case of layaway order, it is not possible to cancel the order after 48 hours from the first payment date. Our all resin dolls and most outfit, wigs and optional parts are basically made to order according to your order requirement, and we will proceed with the production after confirming your payment. So if you cancel the order, inventory handling cost (25% of the total order amount) will be charged, so please make an order carefully.
Change Order
1. You can change the order of colors, options, and quantities within 24 hours after payment or the first layaway. If you would like to change, please let us know your order change via email. If the order period(first 24 hours) ends, we will not be able to change the order because the material purchase and production are already in progress.
- Personal product options and configuration change requests are not possible.
Dolls are basically produced with the photos and option configurations introduced on the product page. Other requests for make-up, change of materials, change of options, etc., are not be available.
Exchange & Refund Guide
- Return of made to order products
VEVE DOLLS is a distributor and reseller of dolls and toys which connect customers and doll brands or artisan and place orders of 'made to order products' by customer requests, so cancellations, exchanges, or returns are usually impossible. But in case of cancellation/refund due to reasons attributable to us, we will refund you in full. In case of unavoidable cancellation/exchange is needed due to customer's situations, inventory handling cost (25% of order amount) and any charges incurred during the payment/cancellation should be paid by the customer, so please make an order carefully.
- Exchange/return due to product defects
If you find a defect, damage, omission, or mis-delivery of your order, please request us an exchange/return through our Q&A board within 7 days from the arrival of the product.
Exchanges and refunds are possible if the product is defective.
If the product is confirmed to be defective, it can be exchanged for the same product.
In general, it is necessary to check the product before returning it, so please contact us before returning the product, then we will guide you the return process or exchange or refund process. Please note that exchange and refund may not be acceptable if the product is returned unilaterally by ignoring VEVE DOLLS's confirmation and return procedures.
- Exchange/return due to customer change of mind/order mistake
※ In case of cancellation of order due to customer’s change of mind or mistake, any charges incurred during the order payment or cancellation and refund process should be paid by the customer, and the refund amount may differ depending on the exchange rate.
If you request us a return within 10 days after the product has already been shipped, we will refund the amount excluding inventory handling cost (25% of order amount) and payment/cancellation fee. However, all products should be returned as new, unused products. All components of the product should be present without omission, and should be returned in a resaleable condition. If the value of the product has decreased due to use, deformation, damage, loss, etc., please note that exchange or refund is not possible. The product should be returned within 15 days of VEVE DOLLS's approval of your return request. If it is returned after 15 days, VEVE DOLLS has the right to refuse returns.
